Time is too precious to remember the lies we made.

Always finish my tasks thoroughly, promptly, and most accurately to the best of my ability.

It isn't what happens, it's how you deal with it that's important.

My real estate philosophy is honest and straightforward: “Make sure my Sellers and Buyers make an informed decision.”

I was born in Brunei, North Borneo, grew up in Vancouver, moved to Victoria in 1978 and have been working in real estate since 1986. I speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. My training and previous occupation as a nurse taught me to be a tender caregiver. I’ve also been a bookkeeper and a tax consultant, from which I learned to perform accurate transactions.

In my real estate career, I received many Top Producer awards, both through RE/MAX Camosun, and a previous real estate company. I attained an award for the Million Dollar Club and the prestigious Presidents Club award. I was on the Victoria Real Estate Board’s Technical Task Force for two years.

My proudest life accomplishments also help me to maintain my life philosophy. “Every life has its dark and cheerful hours. I'm proud to say I have only true friends and good things happen around me."

My hobbies are of the techy genre. I enjoy tinkering with computer and gadgets, and loves to dabble in new electronic toys, and do mind games to challenge me.
